All products sold in our store, including website templates, are digital and non-returnable. As such, all sales are final. However, we provide refunds or store credits under specific circumstances:
Wrong Purchase: If you make an incorrect purchase, we offer store credits worth 20% of the purchase price, applicable to your next purchase. Please contact our support team within 3 months of purchase to address this.
Duplicate Payments: For duplicate payments, we will refund the additional transaction in full. Contact us with proof of the duplicate payment, and we will process the refund promptly.
Damaged Links: If a download link is broken or non-functional, we will issue a full refund or provide a working link. Please report the issue within 14 days of purchase, including relevant details for review.
Empty Links: If a link contains no content or is empty, we will promptly provide the correct link to access your product. Reach out to our support team for assistance.

Refunds are not applicable in the following scenarios:
Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided for purchases where the customer changes their mind post-purchase.
